Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at a store must be made directly through the retailer where the item was purchased.

We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your CO-LAB online purchase. If you are not, please visit Your Account and complete the short form within 14 days of receiving the product. On the off chance you want to return your product we will offer a full refund. No returns are accepted on sale items.

An email from an associate will contact you with the “Return Authorization Number”

For returns, please make sure to mark the “Return Authorization Number” clearly on the outside of the package. All items returned must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. Returns will be credited within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued by the same means that payment was made. Please ensure that items are unworn and tags are still on the bag when returning.

Exchange

In the case of exchanges, proceed as a return of merchandise. The fastest way to secure the style or color you would like is to place a new order. This way you can maximize the odds of our having your item in stock

Please note: Unfortunately, due to the cost and complexity of international customs all international sales are final. As CO-LAB grows we will strive to offer all of our customers the same level of service. Thanks for your understanding.

CO-LAB Currently ships to the U.S.A & Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Exact costs depend on order destination and service level. If you would like to get an exact estimate, please build your cart and begin checking out. You may choose your shipping service level and we will provide a quote based on your specifications.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

For orders within the Canada, CO-LAB offers FEDEX ground service. Priority service arrives to most locations in Canada within 1-3 business days. Express service usually arrives within 24-48 hours provided orders are placed by 4pm EST.

For orders to Canada & U.S.A CO-LAB offers FEDEX International service. International orders arrive to most locations in 1 week.

Product Information & Availability

The availability of certain Products may be limited, and Products may not be available for immediate delivery. CO-LAB may revise or cease to make available any Products at any time without prior notice. In the event that CO-LAB is unable to deliver to you a Product ordered due to lack of availability, CO-LAB will notify you via e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled with respect to such unavailable Product, provided that CO-LAB may, in its sole discretion, contact you in order to give you the option to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the Product becomes available.

What can I do if I'm looking for a specific product or an item that is out of stock?

If the product you are looking for doesn’t seem to be available, you can contact us by filling out the contact form HERE and we’ll do our best to find it or let you know if it is possible to special order the piece.

I've received a promo code how do I redeem?

We sometimes issue Promo codes for special offers and discounts. You might find a promo code in our email campaigns, on social media, or at promotional events. Promo codes can be entered at the checkout screen.

Promo codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment. Sale items are not eligible for any promo code unless otherwise stated.

Will I have to pay for any duties?

All Duties are included in the price and you don’t have to pay for anything else once you’ve made your purchase aside from sales taxes and shipping cost, if applicable.

Can I modify my order?

Once we receive your order, we can’t modify it. If you would like to add an item to your order, you will have to make a new purchase.
